In October 2017 my mail was delivered 3 houses south of me. The person there did not get it back out to be picked up by carrier. The mail had important papers in it one of which could have caused my life insurance policy to be terminated. The person that received it finally brought it out of the house to give to my husband 2 weeks after it was delivered incorrectly. Now just yesterday Dec 7, 2017 the neighbor lady one house south of us again brought us mail that had been put in her mailbox. Guess what that was on Dec 7 2017....a confirmation of changes in our medicare part D coverage. Dec 7th was the last day to make that change and the neighbor brought it to us after 5:00 P.M. I called the provider of part D and they were able to make the computer changes so hopefully that isn't messed up due to lack of USPS getting the mail to the right box. I live on the corner of 7th ave N and 19th st N in Moorhead. I spent hours trying to call the local post office not the mention the minutes I wasted on my cell phone. I have letters in mail box the flag is up. Its been up since wed nesday Oct 18. We had mail today october 20th but the mail person didnt get my out going mail.

I have not had my mail picked up or delivered in 7 business days! I track packages and they say they leave a notice and don't deliver but no one is leaving notices in fact their not even picking up what's in my box! I have very important checks that come and go through the usps. this is causing my business a great deal of difficulty and I'm getting no help from anyone with usps on this issue! I have a very important check in the mail for young mother who needs food for her children I have waited until 7:03 PM. The letter has been in the box since approximately 2 PM with the flag up yet for some reason it was not picked up. It is Friday it is not a holiday I do not understand. This is going to force me to go and wire money to this poor young lady who is trying to feed her children I don't understand what the problem is please advise ASAP this is ridiculous. Ah yet another day where my mail person opens my mailbox, neglects to take my outgoing mail and then just piles the new mail on top of it. Seriously?!! This has now happened on too many occasions for me to just brush it off. Is this not what postal employees are paid to do? So disappointing...

I have been told by our post master that the mail carriers in our town and the neighboring town elkton virginia are not required to stop and pick up mail from your box if they choose not to. As a matter of fact they don't even have to stop at all unless they have mail to leave for you. I have never heard such nonsense. Isn't that what they get paid for? Isn't that why we have mail carriers and mail boxes at our residence? Isn't the purpose of the flag on the mail box to let the mail carrier know you have outgoing mail? Why then is it the mail carriers choice as to whether they want to stop and pick it up or not? I don't think the mail carrier should be the one deciding if my bills get processed and delivered on time. I don't know how many people are aware that these two towns mail service is like this or not but they should be. I have been told by other post masters that mail carriers are required to stop and pick up your outgoing mail no matter if you live in the city or country as long as your flag is up and your mailbox access is not blocked. So now tell me who's right?

the us mail is now refusing to deliver mail to my mail box. because of cars parking in front of box. I corned the mail carrier today. and he was rude and said just talk to my boss peggy. to get the point that they will not get out of their cars to deliver the mail. that old sayin whether snow ,rain and so on. is all a lie.

The USPS carrier won't pick up my mail in my flagged mailbox on the curb. I am homebound at times and cannot get to the post office. This happens repeatedly!

My mail has not been picked up properly for the last two weeks. By that, I'm sure it has not been properly delivered either since I know by now my bills are usually in we routinely have magazines everyday, but recently there is nothing in our mailbox. Today, I put mail in the box and the flag up for pickup and waited for the mail truck. To my surprise the truck did come and passed my mailbox...my husband then went out to catch him since he was now delivering mail on the other side of the street. He told my husband that he delivered on our side already...but my husband told him that he did not pick up the mail and it was yet flagged.
My mIl is important to be delivered and picked up. I have already had to take mail that was left two days to the post office myself.Now I want this to stop!!! Or get another mail person.

PMR jobs at 4 hour offices were eliminated. PMR's were encouraged to take the new PSE test which is test 473.

Why isn't our seniority figured in the score. I had 10 years seniority as a PMR. I was told by MPOO that seniority would be figured in, but HR said it would not be considered. I do not think this is fair. I lost out a a person with no postal experience. Or possibly is the USPS guilty of age discrimination?

Two (2) days in a row, Saturday, 10/25/2014 & Monday, 10/27/2014, the mail box lid was left open. On monday, 10/27/2014, we picked up one of the envelopes from the ground. We are terribly appalled at this occurrence, because we'll never know if some important mail gets blown away after it falls out of the open mailbox!
Also, it's not safe, since some passerby might pick up the fallen mail & we'll be victims of IDENTITY THEFT!
