vPost customer support is the worst ever

The contact centre has not been able to identify why my shipment has been delayed, and delayed for 3weeks in the vPost Japan warehouse. I have Milbon Hair products being held hostage.

The items have been classified as Dangerous goods:

The classification of the shampoo products that are available in Singapore today has changed from: Dangerous, Explosive, liquid,

The new Classification is includes ingredients from endangered sharks and improper sheep breeding products?

I have obtained a statement from the Manufacturer say they meet the Washington convention or CITES like most companies in japan so there should be no issue

I have asked for "Manager" based in Singapore that has common sense as so far the performance from the contact centre has gone from Bad to Ridiculous

With reference to your feedback concerning vPost box number QJP9321 and after a thorough investigation of your case, we understand from our vPost Operations and our vPost Japan warehouse team CITES regulates the restriction of listed items between the countries (i.e. export from Japan to Singapore) and not the trade within Japan. They advised that it is possible to export or ship CITES-listed items from Japan to Singapore however the certificates is still required :

• Hair treatment - An official certificate from the manufacturer is required to confirm that the Squalene is not derived from sharks. You may wish to refer to the attached images (4954835136372 and 4954835113670) that states there is a presence of Squalene.

• Hair treatment - In order for the package to be shipped, a certificate of breeding of sheep is required. You may wish to refer to the attached image (4954835137102) that states there is a presence of an ingredient which is derived from sheep.

Therefore for QJP9321, we are only able to offer the below options for your consideration and as a token of our apology for the service experience, we will waive off the admin fees for either options :

Option 1 : Return the item to merchant. However, prior to return of the package, you may need to obtain agreement from the merchant concerning your intent to return your purchase as in most cases, the return label with RMA is required by the merchant for returned purchases.

Option 2 : Redirect the item to an alternative address in the Japan; or

Option 3: Liaise with 3rd party courier company

We at vPost pride ourselves in keeping our customers satisfied and in this case, unfortunately, we have failed to do so. We acknowledge and understand your frustrations and the feedback which you have raised to our attention has been shared with the management for service improvement.

SUPER LOUSY SERVICE FROM CS TEAM, NO RESPONSE NOR FOLLOW UP

ordered a parcel from the USA through vpost at the end of july.
checked their website after a few days for status no nothing.
thinking it could take much longer because it is from the US but sadly still no updates at all.
Called their cs team, no offence but indian speaking with a very heavy accent.
couldn't quite understand most of what the cs what saying but they said that parcel might be sent to the designated popstation I requested but could be full and there is no space therefore not sent.
Told me that he could redirect it to another popstation or home delivery.
I opted for another popstation instead.
wait for 1 week, 2 week no notification no nothing that parcel has been delivered to popstation.
called again and same things.
indian lady picked up with a very heavy accent, totally did not understand much.
she said that would make a request to let it send to the popstation.
I remember it was a Wednesday and she still claim that I should be able to receive my parcel by Friday.
Nope one week passed.
nothing being received at all.
it is a Wednesday I call again.
this time I totally could not understand what the cs was saying.
I am not sure if this vpost cs is based in india or what.
in the end I don't even know if the parcel is lost or whatever shit!
seriously vpost sucks!
I don't understand how can they still survive with such fucking lousy service.
this is only the 1st time I am trying to use their service yet this is the kind of shit service I get.
I doubt i'll get my parcel anytime soon or maybe I wouldn't even get my parcel in the end.

No Esclation for Payment Issue

It was my first time using the StanChart SingPost Card for payment of Vpost shipment. When I applied for the card, I remembered that there were some discounts provided for Vpost shipment. When I made the payment, there was no indication of how the discount should be applied and not knowing there is a code that should be keyed in, I went ahead with the payment, thinking it would be backend that the discount is provided. To make sure I was of correct understanding, I contacted Vpost and was told they have received the payment and the bank should provide a code that is keyed in before the payment.

Since the transaction was done 5 minutes before, I asked if there's anyway to withdraw and reprocess, but was given straight replies "no I'm sorry" Disappointed, I asked if there is a process or way for this to be looked at especially for new users of the said credit card and was told they would only add a noted for this matter. Unsatisfied with the reply provided, I asked for the matter to be escalated for review and the next level but was just told there is no such process. I was of the understanding that Singpost is listed, why would there be no process for such issues?

Dissapointed on Vpost services (call center gave wrong information)

My parcel suppose to arrived latest by 26DEC2013 from USA to Singapore , however they send me email said unsuccessful delivery and i called to call centre on 27DEC2013 ask for second delivery. Customer service said will be delivery within 3 working days by 2JAN2014, i called today again(3JAN2014) customer service said my parcel is still at AMK centre, so i decided to go off early to get my parcel at AMK centre, long q and slow service when my turn they said my parcel was in EUNOS !! Very very very very dissapointed with VPOST customer services, gave wrong information ( Parcel Location) and not follow customer instrustion( arrange re-delivery).
When can I get my parcel?

Bad service

VPOST is definitely horrible. Paid a bomb for the shipping to ship over a pair of headphones from the US. I bought it on a Tuesday, shipping to vPOSTUSA was done on the Friday of the same week. What was horrifying was that, vPOST blatantly probably never shipped it in to the US yet. The track and trace is NEVER updated and shows that a plane can take 6 days to leave the US and not reach SG. When I ask if my package is in SG, a stupid reply of "sorry we are not airport at changi. We cannot check plane if landed". What kind of english is this? The cost we are paying for this is so exorbitant they should be serving every customer a drink when they deliver and probably send us food too. Why should we pay so much for a subservice company that costs more than arge shipping companies?

vpost

I ordered one baby item from toysrus and the same is delivered to vpost. someone called fowler got the package 1 week before. but till now they are not updating in my vpost. i send the mail twice mentioned about the packae and the mail delivery from ups and invoice no from toysrus, but no response till now. what should i do now to get the package. Iam really worried that my money is lost.

Bad service

I’ve ordered a Kindle from Amazon recently using VPOST service.

First they gave me a wrong email address to forward my invoice then when my package arrived at VPOST USA they told me there's no need to do anything despite I got an email asking me to log in to declare. After a few days, I still didn't hear from them, I log in to declare and paid up for the postage.

Finally, the package arrived in Singapore, from then on it took forever to reach me.

They'll repeat & respond like a robot. Delivery is 5-8 days from payment of your postage, then day 8, I called twice once morning then afternoon, they guaranteed it'll reach me before 6PM that day, no package. After that I called everyday to follow up and get the same answer, the item is with the courier, we will follow up etc. When ask which courier, they don't know, said likely is Speedpost. Can they tell if the item is already out for delivery? No. So what do I do now wait forever? Then she told me maybe they got too many deliveries to handle (is that my problem?) and that she already put it in the system that my item was delayed & waiting for respond.

When asked to speak to a Manager and can they give me a name; they said they cannot disclose name. Call again they gave a name this time, but the Manager refused to take the call and they'll forward the call to a Senior Officer for delivery, the call never went thru, was put on hold forever. Called them again, same thing ta-chi to the Senior Officer for delivery and put me on hold again.

So now what? Can someone advise me what shall I do now? I'm lost.

Bad service

I had the same problem with the BAD SERVICE received!!! I had placed an order of 10 items from Vpost ( China ) just a few days ago.. I guess my situation was not better off then you.. The merchants had sent out the item to the address stated in the website as 深圳市宝安区, 西乡镇后瑞社区新瑞路11号D栋东侧1层, City: 深圳 State(Province) : 广东, Postal Code :518128, contact number as +86 (755) 8145 9239 as an address to receive my goods. I was so shocked when I received messages from the merchant that the address and contact are invalid. And now all the items need to send back to all the merchants. The greatest shocked to my life was, when I called in to Vpost, it takes about 20mins to answer my call. And there were at least 4 times that when I speak half-way, the line was cut off in the middle of our conversions, and I have to do the recalling I called the Vpost regarding this address matters, they just answered, " I am very sorry.. This is the ONLY address that they can provide me. . If the items are cancelled, they will do refunded ONLY UPON APPROVAL and it takes about 3-4weeks!!" It was like.. " HUH?!?! UPON APPROVAL 3-4weeks?!?! Never receive any of the item I ordered and might not able to get refund?? What the HELL is going on in Vpost service?? Omg!!!

Non delivery & poor responses/follow up
