Upon purchasing the online flight and paying by a credit card, Wegolo hasn't issued me an airline ticket but a message that my flight hasn't been confirmed. Instead of declining my credit card transaction as they were unable to issue the promised online airline ticket, they have issued a message that my flight is not confirmed and that I should call them. As I was located overseas, I was unable to call them. I thought they will cancel this transaction anyway as they were not able to issue me a promised ticket. Even the "second" security layer of my master card transaction hasn't prompted me to reenter my master card details for the second time as they usually do! This was really weird!!! Waking up the next morning, I have found out that Wegolo has charged me for the flight upon me already purchasing the same flight with an other travel agency. Upon informing Wegolo about this issue even before the actual flight (I was able to cancel my flight through the airline web site) and requesting a reimbursement of the penalty, Wegolo has just carelessly washed their hands informing me that it is not their fault.
This problem has never happened with the other major online travel web sites!!! Wegolo doesn't realize their fault! Charging customers later if their system is delayed or down during customer's flight purchase is a crime! The credit card transaction should be declined at first!
