The manager at the Hess in hickory in front of the valley hills mall. I've seen her treat her employees and customers with disrespect and I've seen her mistreat her customers rights. I've had people come and tell me that they refuse to go in when she is there because she was rude to them.

The manager has treated people badly and doesn't treat people with the respect they deserve. This is the Hess in hickory across from the valley hills mall. I've heard people say they wont go in when she is there because they have had bad experiences with her there.
