Always deduced my balance

Dear sir.last month I activate some of your service .but when ever I recharge my 10 riyal card.after or with in 24 hours its deduce my balance to zero riyal.please cancelled aor deactivated all the service.
Whenever I called on 959 only the further recording I can hear.but call center person did not talk me.please help me .and make my zain sim without any package .just a normal sim without any package.

Daily one riyal deduction without any activation

I also have been facing the same problem of deduction of 1 sr everyday even though i didn't call at every prepaid recharge.I tried hard to speak my problem to customer care (959) still could not reach, (smart people to get alms from us.). And also i face lot of network problem in zain, very weak signal, poor. Please do the needful as soon as possible to save unnecessary cutting of balance as i did not activated any services if its done by itself then deactivate all the services before it cut more charges. It's a kind of stupidity/trickily played with the customer hard earned money. Better to migrate to other network.

zain postpaid internet connection cancellation for final exit

i am gonig to final exit.. how to cancel my postpaid internet package with out any additional charge.. this connection only 2 months ... 10 month remaining for the contract completion.. what can i do..? when i take connection Zain told me should be use 1 year.. but now only 2,3 months...

I have been facing the problem of deduction of 2 sr everyday eventhough i dont call at every prepaid recharge.I tried hard to speak my problem to customer care still could not reach .And also i face lot of network problem in zain.plz do the needful as soon as possible to save unnecessary cutting of balance as i did not activated any services if its done by itself then plz plz deactivate all the services before it cut more charges.

I am a victim of identity theft. I recently learned that my personal information was used to open internet data plan account at Zain mobile company. I did not open or authorize these accounts, and I therefore request that it be closed immediately. NO SERVICE/DATA

Good evening Sir. Please help me to reconnect my zain router simcard into the 4G connection and it's been more than 24hrs. And I didn't still connect to the internet....I'd already visited the zain office at 2nd floor in Al rashid mall in this morning September 18,2017 .. But the representative told me to wait until the system will be fixed.. They don't know what ans when it will be okay.. Is there any ways to instead kept waiting for nothing or can be they issue to me a replacement for new simcard. Because i just pay my monthly bill that was Sept 4,2017. Kindly please help me to get connected again into the internet as soon as possible thanks and more power to your company

Not Satisfied

Hello,

I recently purchased one ZAIN Internet SIM from one of the outlet giving promotion in National Care Hospital.
Upon getting this Internet SIM, I was told that the Mobile Wifi Router which is with this Internet Bundle Package is TOTALLY FREE.
I paid aroubd 149 SAR on spot and get the activated data sim with Huawei Mobile Wifi device.

Now, when after almost two months, when i ask them to cancel this SIM as I might be leaving Kingdon on Final Exit, the ZAIN Customer Service tell me a new story that you have already made one year contract with us, in case you want to cancel the line, kindly pay 25 SAR for each month remaining in your yearly contract.

This is totally surprising. They should have tell me each and every thing in detail before getting this package. Now, they are asking for 25 SAR for each month for the sake of nothing if i cancel the package from now.

The all I can say...very bad billing of Zain...very bad experience.
