Zazzle Black Scam

Ordered some shirts from Zazzle November of 2015. Shirts were cheaply made and too small. Didn't return them but of course, I never did business with them again.

WELL OVER A YEAR LATER they suddenly hit me with THREE charges for $9.95 each in one morning. I got three separate emails saying "Welcome to Zazzle Black." Seriously? A year and four months later? Three subscriptions? In one morning?

I reported them to my credit card company for fraud then went to Zazzle.com to see what I could find. I did find that they stored my credit card information without my permission. I looked for how to shut down the account entirely and it says that you have to do that through customer service in writing.

Except that the email will NOT go through making it impossible to shut it down. So then I try to call and guess what - no human being. So I will continue to pursue through my credit card company via fraud/disputes.

Do NOT do business with this company.

SECOND EXPERIENCE: A Christmas order for my son who lives in another state was guaranteed to be delivered on 12/23. I placed the order on 12/19 and paid extra for Express Shipping.

After the order was confirmed, I clicked on the tracking link to double-check, and saw for the first time a message that it would take 2-3 days to process this order, because it was a white design on black. However it said the express delivery date would be 12/23. On 12/21 an email arrived saying the order would not be delivered by Christmas. There was an option to cancel.

I cancelled the order and my son received no gift from me for Christmas. To compound their shadiness, they will not refund my charge card!!! Their store policy is just to give a store credit. Nowhere was this indicated when I placed the order.

FIRST EXPERIENCE: A year ago I ordered a tee-shirt from Zazzle.
They sent the wrong tee-shirt.

I should not have given them a second chance this time.

ZAZZLE RIPS OFF ARTISTS!

Zazzle takes money DAILY from their customers but refuses to pay the contributing artists any more frequently than once a month. Needing my royalty sooner than that, I made the mistake of paying $2.50 to expedite payment only to be informed that said payment would be delivered... within a month! HOW IS THAT EXPEDITING PAYMENT? ZAZZLE STOLE $2.50 of my royalties to effectively do nothing to help me. How can they possibly justify that? Well, they simply don't bother to justify it. To wit:

I sent an email explaining my situation and asking how to delete my store since I no longer wished to do business with such a shady company. They replied with details on how to hide (but not delete) my products, but failed to speak to the underlying issue that drove me to my decision -- the refusal to pay me my due royalty in a timely manner. Customer service EPIC FAIL. As if outgoing PayPal transfers are somehow more complicated than incoming ones. Right.

ZAZZLE DOES NOT WANT TO PAY ROYALTY TO THE ARTISTS WHO PROVIDE THEM WITH DESIGNS TO SELL, WHILE OVERCHARGING PEOPLE FOR THOSE DESIGNS AND MAKING A KILLING DOING IT. IF YOU ARE AN ARTIST, STEER CLEAR OF ZAZZLE; THEY WILL ONLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND DIMINISH YOUR WORK.

Oh, and the complaints that Zazzle removes original artwork without cause are also true. Just avoid zazzle.com at all cost, or it will cost you dearly in the end.

ZAZZLE does NOT Pay Royalty

I have made some clothing design and sell via Zazzle. Some selling and Zazzle intended very bad
NOT to pay my royalty, eventhough all requirements already submitted by me and they them self
said: documents required completed and will be paid soon within 2 weeks.

So many "will be paid" but until now nothing action from them. Very bad. US COMPANY!!!, US COMPANY !!!
My request to be paid already sent to them since June 2014, untul now end of the year, NO ACTION from them.
Just PROMISE and PROMISE.

BE CAREFUL TO DO BUSINESS WITH ZAZZLE.

Artists and designers beware

I totally agree. Zazzle just sent me a ton of e-mails accusing me of stealing my own work, but they don't say who filed the complaint and what work I copied. I don't know any artist's work that resembles my own. I have won many TBA's and don't need to stoop to stealing. Yet they took down my designs without having the courtesy to ask me about the accusation. This is unbelievably rude and inconsiderate for a company that made 80% commission off my paintings for many years.

I have multiple saved versions documenting the stages by which each painting was made, but Zazzle never bothered to ask for proof.

The mass of e-mails they sent me actually accused me of multiple crimes without explaining why.

Absolutely disgusted.

Black Membership Scam

Purchased a girl's "parrot design" t-shirt from www.birdorable.com. Purchase transaction is brokered through www.zazzle.com.
Bad enough that the shirt was over-priced at $25, when shipping was added in the complete transaction came out to $35.09 USD. Then exactly 31 days later I am billed again for a "Black Membership". Apparently, when you make your first purchase with them, they enroll you for a trial membership somewhere in the fine print. If you don't cancel the trial membership, they bill you for it 31 days later, which is what has happened in my case. What a scam. Now I am in for > $45 for a 10 year girls flimsy T-shirt.

I agree they are complete Rip-Off artist. A month later they billed me again for a service I never ordered. Customer Service said there is no way to give me my money r via credit card but will give me credit for a future order. Yeh like I'm stupid enough to use them again.

The worst website to order anything

I had ordered a mousepad to be delivered to my friend as a gift and the website said it would be 15 working days for it to be delivered. It has been 3 more than 3 months now and it still has not been delivered. Also the website is bad, There is no customer service or contact numbers to call.

Customer service information has always been listed on the site. If you would have clicked the "contact us" link you would have seen their email button as well as telephone numbers, hours of business etc. This information is also in the order confirmation email that you receive, with links to track your order from processing, production and shipping.

Never order anything from this website, especially if you need it in a hurry. Their shipping process is very confusing and costly. I paid for "express" shipping on Thursday and I received the item on Monday at 6pm. I do not call that express shipping. I called UPS and they said that zazzle has a deal with them that they only deliver on business days. My product was within 20 minutes of me on Saturday, but because of zazzles policy, UPS couldn't deliver it until Monday, even though I paid extra for delivery. I received no satisfaction from zazzle. They could have cared less. Please be careful when ordering from them. Buyer beware!!

If you received your package on Monday then you DID get it on time. They (zazzle) clearly specify Business Days which Saturday is not. Taken from the zazzle.com website " Domestic Shipping Services
