Maternity leave

Good day

I submitted my application for maternity leave on the 14 April 2016 at the Department of labour in Benoni. and I was told to wait for 3 weeks and later on got an sms stating that the application was rejected with out any reason. I then applied online for the appeal. I went back 3 times to the Benoni offices and was told to wait 3 weeks, and I have been going back and forth, waiting in long queues for nothing is frustrating and It looks like I will return to work without getting any cent. please assist as a matter of urgency!!I

I am at my wits end, I have called several times to the following numbers 0860345464 / 012 337 1680....but to no avail.
