FISHING SCANNER CHART

FactoryOutletStore Customer Service. “Very Very, upset with customer support”.

4th request. I have not received my, The Lowrance HDS 7 Gen 2 “UNIT”, to DATE, 08/30/2017. What is it going to take, to receive my unit.

I have ask, and this is the 4th email, frustrated, infuriated, that whatever the problem is, to get to the root cause, of this, matter, and communicate with, me. Also, I was charged $324.75, “without notice and explanation”. To date, no one has answered my email, but yet, charged me the $$324.75, “FOR A PRODUCT THAT WAS SENT BACK TO FACTORY OUTLET STORE, FOR REPAIRS”.

FactoryOutletStore Customer Service. “Very upset with customer support”.

3rd request, as to look in to this order. The Technician, did not understand what I meant, when trying to describe, explain, clarify, “WITH” explicate DETAILS, ON THE PARTS, THAT I need, “the below unit is one of 10 that I have”.
The Lowrance HDS 7 Gen 2 “UNIT”.

1. I tried to explain to the Technician in the phone, that 3 pins, had broken off. He total misunderstood me. After countless minutes, trying to explain to the Technician on the phone, that I “DID NOT NEED THE “FEMALE” CABLE ASSEMBLY”. What I was inquiring, if his factory Out Let Store, “OR” whoever, repairs or could retrofit, the PWR/DATE. “MALE CONNECTION FROM THE EXISTING UNIT”.

2. I ASK HIM, crystal clear, if this could be done. He said that he would check and get back to me “VIA” E-Mail. To date, to no avail.

3. Instead, he shipped and charge me for The Below. I will dispute this item with my bank, or you can send me a FREE POSTAL RETURN LABLE, AND GIVE ME CREDIT. ALSO, I WILL REPORT MY CONCERNS TO

To date, “I have not received” the Lowrance HDS 7 Gen 2 “UNIT”. I have ask, and email at least twice, frustrated, infuriated, that this is my 3rd attempt, to solve this problems. 1st and 2nd emails, to no avail as to why, was I charged $324.75, “without notice and explanation”. To date, no one has answered my email, but yet, charged me the $$324.75, “FOR A PRODUCT THAT WAS SENT BACK TO FACTORY OUTLET STORE, FOR REPAIRS”.

5. To date, “I have” received the Lowrance HDS 12 “UNIT” “BUT WITH NO SCREW ON KNOBS”.

I HAVE SPENT OVER, 15K, OF Lowrance Products. I own a fleet of fishing guiding boats, in Galveston Texas. I RIG them up with what I thought was, the BEST. Lowrance Products. I would hate to make a change to one of your competitors. But for “BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS, I JUST MIGHT HAVE TO”.
