3rd request, as to look in to this order. The Technician, did not understand what I meant, when trying to describe, explain, clarify, “WITH†explicate DETAILS, ON THE PARTS, THAT I need, “the below unit is one of 10 that I haveâ€.

1. I tried to explain to the Technician in the phone, that 3 pins, had broken off. He total misunderstood me. After countless minutes, trying to explain to the Technician on the phone, that I “DID NOT NEED THE “FEMALE†CABLE ASSEMBLYâ€. What I was inquiring, if his factory Out Let Store, “OR†whoever, repairs or could retrofit, the PWR/DATE. “MALE CONNECTION FROM THE EXISTING UNITâ€.
2. I ASK HIM, crystal clear, if this could be done. He said that he would check and get back to me “VIA†E-Mail. To date, to no avail.
