Internet fraud

Hello,

I saw this advert on Yahoo and paid not only once, but twice by Paypal (first 59 Euros, then 39 Euros). Then became suspicious and thought this could well be a scam despite someone phoning me yesterday (with an American accent) and telling me 'my application was successful'.

Here is the web link:

And here is the content:

Internet fraud

On October 15, 2011, I got a call from Usafis.org for green card. It was a woman called Nursel, or something like that. She was talking to me very kindly and she said " If you start your membership, we are highly sure that you will win the green card in the future." I felt some hope by her nice talks. I gave my credit card number and they withdrew 183 dollars, almost 525 Turkish liras. My membership started like that. However, some of my friends told me that it wouldn't be a good idea to share my card info with even an organization. Suspecting of this, I talked to my local bank and ı asked them to cancel it. Unfortunately, they said they couldn't cancel it. Although I wanted my money back, neither Usafis nor my local bank helped me with my money. That means my membership was cancelled by Usafis but my money wasn't paid back to me. This is really unright and injustice to me .

I EVEN HAVE THE ACTIVATION CODE SHOWING THAT MY LOCAL BANK SENT MY MONEY TO WWW.USAFIS.ORG ON THAT DATE.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I WANT MY MEMBERSHIP TO CONTINUE. OTHERWISE, I WILL TALK AND COMPLAIN ABOUT OR SHARE THIS INJUSTICE BY WWW.USAFIS.ORG ON SOCIAL MEDIA SUC AS "YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK OR TWITTER.
IF YOU ARE A REAL GREEN CARD WEB SİTE AND IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS' RIGHTS, SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
