I have two meters on my name and want to withdraw one of them which is used by my elder brother's widow Ms. Nusrat Begum on second floor.

The details of meters are as under:
Meter No.MR02151954 &
Consumer No. 4733723008 is in my use

Meter No. GN24389038-01 &
Consumer No.44737230001 is in use of brother's widow.

The house is on my name and my brother's name who has been dead.
The second meter is in use of my brother's family at upper story of the building.

I also want to register that I have no concerned with the second meter mentioned above.
Please let me know if any documentation is requried.
