On 09/28/15 at approx .1507hrs est. I attempted to withdraw $80 from my account via an ATM at the Petro Travel center in Carlisle Pa. My card was accepted the amount I wanted to withdraw was acknowledged by the machine. When the machine started to dispense my money a single twenty dollar bill came out then the machine malfunctioned with a code on the screen saying error code 339 and a throat jam. The machine issued me a receipt that states I received $40 which I didn't I only received Twenty of the eighty I requested. I spoke with the manager on duty she contacted the owners of the machine they were briefed on the issue and advised me to file a complaint for reimbursement for $60 I didn't receive but was charged against my account. I also spoke with a rep. from paypower and they were made aware of the issue. I'm requesting the $60 that wasn't despensed and was charged to my account be placed back into my account.
