i had my shingles installed in 1994 and in 2006 they were a mess. rotted and all curles up. my roof leaks, i am a single woman with a limited income. i got the claim form and filled it out took some pictures and tried to e-mail it to them and after two tries was told they didn't get the e-mail. i know they got it because if it didn't go through i would have got a notice. i don't know what to do. the leaking is ruining the inside of my house.
