my lost service

The emails sent via my domain name francisbeckett are no longer reaching me. My website has been taken down. And I have been unable to even to contact 123 Reg to get anything done about it.
123 Reg has written to me saying my card details need updating and I have tried several times to open my account to check, and if necessary to update. My password was not accepted, so I created another one. This is not accepted either. So I cannot check my account or change it, or even contact 123Reg.
I am currently in South Africa and need to keep up with my emails, most of which are sent to [email protected] I have spent most of the evening trying to get in touch with the company.
Without a password I cannot contact the company, and passwords are routinely rejected even though they are correct. The live chat and email functions are not working.
This is very serious for me. My customers all use this email address.

Webhosting is Terrible

I recently set up a website and chose to use 123 Reg as the hosts. After paying in full for 12 months, I enjoyed a whole 17 days before their servers stopped functioning properly. When I eventually found my way areound the website they have designed to make it virtually impossible to contact anyone - I chose the cancel my service option to get a phone number actually answered by a human - I was told I am not entitled to a refund for cancelling my service because the two week money back period had expired! They tell me it could be upto two weeks before their engineers have resolved the server problems, but can't promise! Avoid like the plague if you value your sanity!
