Hello post Malaysia,

I'm depressed and upset that you are not delivering my mail properly. I'm in Australia and I occasionally send letters back to Malaysia, sadly my letter didn't get to my recipient and it has been almost a month! Normally, it will take around two weeks but this is just outrageous. I've spent so much effort and time writing the letter and it just went missing "poof!" Like that! I don't know what else to say or how to respond to your lack of responsibility. The general public are concern, in rage, upset and disgusted on how your company is operating. This is not the first time a letter of mine went missing and I'm pretty sure it isn't my fault, because I've written the address and followed all the terms and conditions. Permitted goods and whatsoever rules and regulations. I still do not understand how and why can my mail go missing?! MY LIFE DEPENDS ON THIS letter.
