Loan Mart is worse than borrowing from the mafia ! We have paid back the 2600 borrowed yet owe 2600 more still , when the truck broke down . I called to make some kind of payoff offer and they declined I offered 2000 since the car is not running . I said then come pick it up in liue of paying anymore money , they refused saying it is now a no collateral loan . I called a donation place to pick up the truck for veterans and loan mart will not release the title to them until I pay the balance 2600 ! But they will not accept the truck . This company is ripping off people in financial distress ! I'm surprised someone hasn't assaulted an employee , blown up the office etc.

Hi, I need help with 1800loanmart. I cosigned for an ex because he owned the car but didn't have a job at the time and I did. Two years later they are harassing me at my new job. They first called and claimed to be the CA Unemployment Development Dept and asked me if I recently filed an unemployment claim. I said "No, I am working" then they confirmed the name of my job and asked me if the last four of my ssn was mine and I said yes. It seemed strange but I didn't realize what was happening. Moments later they call in and ask for the HR fax number. Moments later a fax comes over asking for my position, how long i have worked there, my supervisor name, my salary etc. They have now faxed over the application to my HR dept showing my signature, my ssn and alot of my personal info. How the heck can they lie and claim to be a government agency?! I just don't undertand, and this is not even my car. Help! [email protected]
