Today July 11 2014 I received a bill from nearly 16 months ago dated 3/22/2013 for $3.30 cents.

The bill only shows a license plate that looks very faded and has oblivious fabricated letters and numbers on the plate.

No picture of the vehicle at all.

This is highly corrupt

They don't even send a actual photo of the license plate but instead see for yourself the letters they have fabricated over someones license plate.

IS there anyone who knows a good attorney to take on this?

Please let me know.

If they do not drop this bogus charge I will begin notifying all of the local news stations.
