My husband and I submitted a complaint. We have never heard anything back. When we brought our trailer in for warranty work by the way we did not know we needed to have done at the time of sale. We found out a month and half after we had it. It needed 6 pages worth of warranty work. IT WAS A BRAND NEW TRAILER! We took it in and the service department said they would have it for 3-6 weeks during the winter. We did not get our Trailer back for 4 months. Now may I let you know our trailer was in better condition then when we got it back from the service department. We are very unsatisfied customers! Does anyone know how to resolve this issue????
