I attempted to refinance my home out of interest only to a fixed. I started out very professional but ended up scorned..

1. Am I the only homeowner who is on the HARP2 website registry listed with wrong home address? Citimortgage reported it wrong and claim it can never be fixed theerefore i cannot refinance to HARP2. I have requested three researches on the topic.
The address is still a issue and and citimortgage has no response. I also was told my loan was resold bundled and coded to prevent me attaining HARP2. I would like a answer Citimortgage! I put 30K down to buy my property. It was NOT a Fly By Night Loan.
2. I have never been late on my loan. With or without a job. I pay my mortgage. So the Citimortgage loan application is $470. and I was told they will look into HARP2. They never did look at HARP2. Every time i mention HARP2 they freeze. Meanwhile the house doesn't appraised high enough. Instead of calling me and talking to me they ignore me. .
3. The appraisal. My appraisal agent i refer to as Helen Keller. Anyone reading this do not finish your basement because you get no value. Hey Helen what happened to thee kitchen downstairs! The kitchen disappeared Helen ! OH Helen !
it cost me $40,000 to put in that basement apartment legal in my county. What happened to my finished basement its gone !.

Last time i looked i had upstairs laundryroom, 3 bedrooms, sunroom, living room, family room, kitchen and downstairs 2 kitchens, family room, bathroom, and two more heated finished rooms but HELEN SEES 6 rooms! I have the largest six room house on the planet. All 3,900 square foot of it! all in six rooms!

Helen Missed 6 rooms downstairs! With 6 rooms down and 6 rooms up thats at least 12 rooms.
