Disrespectful & Extremely "RUDE"

I am another person who totally agrees with the previous comments. I made every attempt to first set-up bi-weekly payments with much resistance. I had to leave my job because of medical issues and just inquiring about payment options just for that month. I didn't plan to exceed over that month, however I was continually interrupted with threats. I was only wanting suggested payment options just to help my situation at that moment. I asked his name which he stated Barrett Utley along with speaking with his manager with rejection. It is a shame that individuals have to endure such DISRESPECT & IGNORANCE.

Continous phone calls

I have a mortgae through 21st. My complaint is my payment is due on the 15th of the month, I today is the 27th and I have recieved 5 phone calls, in a 24 hour period. THese people are rude and show their customers no respect. I sometimes have to admit I will igmore their phone call ju to avoid the aggrevation and argument of why is ur payment late. what do u do with ur pay check. I have to inform these people life happens. Somehow we need to put a stop to this.. Any ideas open to all..

21st Mortgage

The associates who work for this company are very rude. They want to know every little detail about your personal problems and then he or she insults you by making you feel like you are purposefully trying to avoid payment. They call all the time. They call my cell phone and my house phone. A woman by the name of Stephanie made me feel like a fool by not calling at a certain time. She assured me they were in their offices until 9 pm. Well, Stephanie, I called tonight and the answering services says you close at 8pm.

The economy is in trouble. People are suffering all over this country. I paid on my mobile home regularly until recently. Now I am being treated in a demeaning manner. I detest this company and will complain in every avenue that I can find.

Harassed and Belittled

They do the same thing to us, we are mostly behind a week or two but never past the 30 days, Today I got sooooo pissed that I cussed all three ppl that I talked to.., SOOOOO damn dired of this company...

Harassed and Belittled

We have a loan with 21st, we came into some finical trouble sick kids, cars needing repair extremly high gas prices and ended up being late for a payment. When I called to schedule a payment they treated me as if I was the world's worst person. I was a terrible person and that my loan with them was not worth their time and I should just vacate the home instead of paying the payment. I am not even 30 days behind. I have asked to speak with several different managers and THEY ARE ALL the same way. VERY RUDE and not willing to work with me. I am trying to give them their money and they want to make me feel like CRAP first.
