Found nasty rat skin looking thing in Alfredo sauce

I went to open my Alfredo sauce to make my chicken Alfredo as I normally do and found something that looks like some sort of rat skin or something. I have no clue what it is but I know it doesn't belong in my Alfredo sauce. I just thank God it was at the top of the bottle instead of at the bottom. I'm completely grossed out.
