Did not use this service and did not refund my money.

I signed a contract on April 5, 2012. I asked for a refund April 10, 2014. I never used the service. They did nothing for me but took my money. They put in a "risk free option." Never made good on it. I lost money and at the same time felt like a fool. Never again. Nice English accent talked to me for over an hour to innate this service. Peter Cross "a member os the 24/7 team.
