I ordered pork siomai chao pan and regular siopao asado for a take out on December 23, 2013 at chowking located at second floor at sm north edsa. When i went home i found lacking item on my order particularly siomai. When i called up chowking hotline (tel. No 98888), they informed us that they are not the one in-charge to handle complaints. instead, they gave me another hotline numbers (8987777) which to my dismay no one is answering. To make story short, i got the number of chowking sm north edsa. I talked to the supervisor Mr. Alfie Española at around 10:45 pm and ask me for an apology and promise to deliver the lacking item within 20mins but up to the moment of this writing or almost an hour of waiting the delivery has not yet to come. Service of chowking is very poor, this not the only hassle that i have experienced with chowking. Management should revisit the operational policies of their branches to give customers utmost satisfaction
