mobile missing

Dear Sir
I lost my mobile in auto while coming back from market on 09/07/2014. There is very important documents which i kept in my phone, so i would like to LOCK my phone through IMEI no (356637050709905) for my security reason. On 09/06/2013 I perches the mobile from POORVIKA MOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED and i have the original bill copy with me so i am also attaching the bill copy to you.
It will be very grateful to you, if you kindly do some action on this situation which I mention above.
