withdrawal of 36.30 euro


Now, almost 2 months after our holidays in Italy, where we rented a car through rentalcars / Hertz, we can see that Hertz Italy Spa has withdrawn 36.30 euro from our mastercard account.
We assume that this is a mistake, since we paid the bill upfront in February 2012 (549.27 euro), and when we returned our car on July 31st we filled it up with a full tank, and there were no damages on the car.
So, we don’t have to pay more than what we paid up front in February and therefore we don’t understand why you withdraw those 36.30 euro.
I have attached copies of our car return receipt and the withdrawal. Please be aware that numbers are in Danish crowns and euros.

Can you please find out what happened and return those 36.30 euro to us?
