I paid for a service contract for Frigidaire fridge.Handle broke and called them for part and service.Called them fr service and was told that it was ordered and would be received in 2-3 weeks.
It has now been 3 months. Called several times to complain and was told there was nothing they can do and cannot contact Frigidaire except by fax. Finally ordered the part myself and paid for it. They dont care about anything but sales.
Don't invest in service contract. THEY SUCK!
They do not care about the customer after the sale is made. MIT MANAGER JOSEPH BOTROS JR. TOLD ME 3 TIMES THAT HE WOULD SPEAK TO HIS MANAGER AND CALL ME BACK..NEVER CALLED.
