Unreasonable scratched my car by Pizza Hut pandan jaya staff
Dear Sir,
I accidentally parked my car at Pizza Hut reserve car park which I didn't aware because I were rushing
For my appointment. When I came back to my car, I found out that my car was badly scratched my
Pizza Hut, pandan jaya staff, I argued with him why he scratched my car but he reply that this is private car park
Why you parked at our place. QUESTION is, Does your company allow your staff to do that? Why?
What your company want me to do? Report Police ?
Please advise.

poor service
I went to Pizza Hut medan niaga Sungei Besi a moment ago. I feel very disappointed about your service and your manager. I have ordered the Gold Fortune C1 set. Surprisely after waiting for more than a hour my ordered still havent served. At that moment your manager and staffs are busy with birthday party celebration. So I call your manager and inform him about my order and he told me that I have to wait. How long I have to wait? Come on la your staff is busy with birthday party and customer have to take the burden. After that your manager never say sorry and just deduct RM16.10 from the bill. I will never be your consumer again. I enclose herewith my bill for your reference. Thank you.

THE BAD SERVICE OF AREA MANAGER
I WENT TO PIZZA HUT AT PANDAN MALIM, MELAKA ON 5/3/13, I ORDER FOR TAKE AWAY, THE TIME IS MORE THAN 15 MIN, I COMPLAINT TO AREA MANAGER, HAMALIA BINTI SUHAD ABOUT POLICY OF PIZZA HUT, HOW IS DUE THE TIME??? SHE SAY WILL GIVE US A 2 VOUCHER FOR APOLOGIZE. BUT ON THE SPOT SHE SAY NO MORE VOUCHER TO ME AND ASK COLLECT THE OTHER DAY,I NEED AT BLACK AND WHITE SO SHE WRITE IN ON BEHIND MY RECEIPT CAN COME COLLECT ANY TIME WITH HER SIGN.
11/03/2013 I WENT BACK TO THE BRANCH FOR COLLECT VOUCHER, BUT COME OUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT MANAGER SAY LONG TIME PIZZA HUT NO VOUCHER TO CUSTOMER HOW TO GIVE ME THE VOUCHER, THIS IS THE WORST WHAT SHE TOLD ME, NOW SHE IS ARGUE WITH ME, I TOLD HER IF ALREADY KNOW NO MORE VOUCHER IMPOSIBLE WILL PROMISE ON THAT DAY AND ASK COLLECT FOR OTHER DAY, WASTE MY TIME, SHE NOT YET SETTLE THIS ISSUE MY SUDDENLY DISSAPPEAR ALREADY, ASK HER COME OUT ALSO DUN WAN COME OUT, THE CASHIER AND WAITRESS ALSO DUNNO WHAT TO DO AND I JUST LEAVE TAT BRANCH.
SO POOR I MEET IT AT THIS BRANCH. HOPE SHE WILL STAND OUT AND GIVE ME A GOOD REASONABLE.
