No credit received, net has disappeared

I ordered the 3 second lash on January 3rd 2018, shipment confirmed on January 8th 2018. I received the lashes on January 12th 2013 and refused the shipment on January 15th which was Martin Luther King day. I went to the post office after calling 3 second lash and having Ashley tell me that my return authorization number was also my order number so to make sure that was on the package when it was returned I did mailed it through the post office on Olive Street in Hesperia California on the 15th I was told by Ashley it would take 3 to 5 days once the package was received by them for credit to go back onto my card I work for the Post Office for 33 years and I know that it does not take any longer than 3 days for any item mailed first class to get from staying New Jersey to California as an example however when I call because I still have not received credit and it's been 12 days today my customer says status on the phone call is congratulations my order has shipped on the internet through this the customer they have no record of my customers status whatsoever I'm putting in a complaint because even though I haven't spoken with anybody at the company I believe that 9 days is more than enough time for them to ever receive that package back and then the three days for credit but I still have not received credit and it seems like they have deleted me my credit is almost $33 not including the shipping charges
