I hope someone would have written something on the net to have warned me about purchasing at the Prada.com store. For an organization the retails international, I would expect their e-store to be great, right? Purchasing was easy enough with the form and credit card email then getting the confirmation email BUT what threw me off is 1) once I finished checking out online, it stated "your product qualifies for overnight shipping" and then 2) the confirmation email wasn't the confirmation email but that i would get it in 2-4 BUSINESS days!!! The Prada store is open 7 days a week and they couldn't get their logistics together to get my product to me especially when it says you are getting overnight shipping. Such liars!

To top it off, I didn't get the real confirmation in 4 business days, I had to email THEM after 6 days and then they said they had a technical glitch on their website that they actually DON'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK!!! So after 2 weeks of ME having to contact them, I can't even get their item.

Having a product means nothing without the experience it brings to the consumer. I understand this because I work for a company who's primary focus is our guest to make everything we create and sell give the feeling of being "The Happiest Place on Earth". If Prada today was making things for the royal family as if it was back in the days, they'd be exiled out of Italy. I guess I know better now that French do make better fashions.
