Bouht a bag on March 28th, 2014, and in less than 2 months of light usage, the leather started showing cracks and the Shope, in Mall of the Emirates, said you have to keep the bag fully filled, to its max, at all times, otherwise the leather will wrincled !!!!! which is not practical in addition that no instructionscame with the bag with this details if it will really makes a difference
totally disappointed at the brand and the service at the shop
I have sent an email to PRADA customer service with no respons so far !!!!
