fraudulent charges

I received a call from my husband. It didn't go through. The machine stated I had to submit information to accept the "blocked" call. I did so, he tried to call again, the phone wasn't working. At last after 3 attempts the call went through. Now we have been getting calls 2-1-2 times A DAY stating we owe over $60. I only got to talk for 3 minutes to my husband, and none of the other calls went through. This place is a scam. Still haven't been able to locate a live person to speak with, and there is no call back number to tell their charges are waaaay out of line. Because of the lack of contact information this bill remains unpaid, but is supposedly going to collections. These people must be stopped!
