I used to wear ecco shoes for more than 10 years. However the latest experience shocked me. The shoes sole broke into pieces one day when i wore it to office. The poor thing was when I made a complaint to ecco about the case. I needed the what's wrong and hope them to improve. I was so disappointed because they pushed around their responsibilities. I totally lost the confidence of this brand. Now i hv to shift to try new brands and will never use ecco anymore. Shame on u ecco.
