NO PREPAID CARDS PLEASE

IT SEEMS THERE'S A MECHANICAL DEFEAT IN THE REDBOX KIOSKS...WHEN YOU RESERVE ON LINE, IT EXCEPTS YOUR PREPAID CARD, BUT ONCE YOU REACH THE BOX, IT WILL NOT AUTHORIZE IT ...AND GET THIS... THE CARD WAS CHARGED...I WAS INFORMED THE MONEY WOULD BE RETURNED ANYWHERE FROM 3 TO 4 DAYS......ALSO REDBOX IS WELL AWARE OF THIS ISSUE COMING FROM FORMER COMPLAINTS...HERE'S A THOUGHT....FIX THE PROBLEM SO CUSTOMERS WON'T HAVE TO BE INCONVENIENCED AND MOVE ON TO NETFLEX INSTEAD !!
