Horrible website
I do not have a branch in my state so I must use the online system or the customer service phone number. Their website is continually having technical issues (for weeks!) and I am unable to speak to a customer service representative because I do not have a 4-digit PIN. My truck loan was bought out without my knowledge and I have never been given a statement or any document with my entire account number. All I have is a statement stating that my payment will be deducted from my account. Who knew that when that was set up that I needed to ask for my full account number...
Online there is nowhere that I can find a payoff date or interest rate. Only the payment amount and balance are given. If I go to the tab marked statements, there are none in the last 12 months. We have been paying them since March of 2015!
I am looking to refinance as soon as possible.
