respected sir,
i want to draw your kind attention toward the rude behaviour of ctu bus driver and conductor. I m very disappointed by the behaviour of 4A bus's driver and conductor of bus no. 242 in 43 bus stand because when i asked him about the route of that bus then he started to abuse me and shouting on me both of them and they didn't tell anything about my query on 5 august 2015 at evening time. he said i dont have any responsibility to tell you about anything, he said in punjabi language (mai thheka lita hai tuhanu sab nu ye dssn da ki bus kithhe jani hai with abusive language) so i think this is not good reply from an employee of government. and i realized that most of bus drivers are not polite with people and they always used to scold the people.

so please i requested you to take action against these kind of employees of chandigarh transport department. please find the picture of bus driver of 4A who was abusing me in 43 bus stand in attachment.
