Topup Issue

This is really very bad experience what I am getting from Lebara for my refund, I never expected that earlier. Those who can help me on this, please accept my thanks in advance.
Please go through the mail and call me if you need any further details.
Auto top up has been charged for £5 daily from date 19-Apr-2015 to 25-Apr-2015 which cost to me £60 extra. This amount should be return to me ASAP, its now 45 days.
My UK Plus bundle has been automatically disabled for further renew and NO money (£12) has been charged from my account, this happened two times in month of Mar'15 and Apr'15 as well. I renew it again online.
The same problem for auto top up has been happened with my account in month of Mar'15 for extra £100. The extra money I have received within 2 weeks. The same issue again got repeated in month of Apr'15 and yet till now I haven't received my £60.
Each day, I need to call/mail to your customer care service which cost to me extra and need to explain the same problem to different agents again and again. Many times I have been promised that I will get my return back soon and many times I have been told that it can't be.
Your Role:
I have spoken with Omar Sheikh and he understood the problem and returned my money immediately on Mar'15 but others agents(Chevi Daniels and Honey Jamie) even not able to understood the problem clearly but prompting me always that I am not eligible for return. Is that what I am expecting from you without doing analysis ????.
I will keep mailing to you and all department of your company. At least, with great hope – one day I will get back my money. This is what my experience with Lebera and I will pass it back to all of my friends so that they will aware with it.
It takes years to build a relation and take few seconds to break it. my expectation with your company was very high as I always got positive and prompt response.
