DELLMOUNT- Fraud Transaction

I have voip ( action voip - venkat0406) account and saved my credit card details for auto recharge. But on May,10th,2015 apart my initiated transaction , two more trasactions initiated for the amount of EUR 785.20 & EUR 10.42 has been debited from card (4377 XXXX XXXX 4590) which i have not initiated from my account. Please check and cancel this transaction.

Suspicious txn 1 : EUR 10.42
txn 2 : EUR 785.20
