I want to tell you about the condition of the store in jalan cempaka...do they not care about the safety of customer? I go there often and several times I stumbled in front of the counter.The floor is uneven and makes people trip and almost fall...please do something...renovate or whatever It's about our safety as customers..you need to change the floor mosaic okay... customer service is okay because the malay worker is so friendly...I can't remember her name but she works in the evening shift I go there usually at 7 or 8 pm...so i just wanna complain about the store condition please take action 7Eleven just for our safety...

frequent customer at 7Eleven Mutiara Complex jalan ipoh. Recently starting from 7am on 7thJan 2020 system is offline as per staff,,I have been living in that complex for 10 years and never had this problem when i frequent there to buy drinks for my kids going to school, Its the same employee . When it is a different employee,no problem. Please view your cctv and you would understand what is going on. Dont loose reqular customers.
