Starbucks Management

Manager Elaine is so rude. I asked latte without foam and they filled up cup with foam twice. She ignored everything and just stared the line of cups to be made. When I asked my money back, she didn't give me. I waited for coffee for 20 min and then I left with empty handed. This story will just starts from here and I'll make sure some media publish her non management skills
