What should i do te receive the service i payed for

Good Day,

Please, on Wed 25 of July, has been transfert to your account AT33 1200 0515 6462 0101 an amount of 279 USD with
AUSFIS INC. LEVEL 27, 101 COLLINS STREET
MELBOURNE, VIC 3000 AUSTRALIA as beneficiary name.

The transaction was done through ECOBANK CAMEROON from debit account n° 002 014 029 25101 69 with
JACQUES BONHEUR KOUOSSO
TEL: +237 99 25 97 54
DOUALA CAMEROON as appliant.

Here are at least the third times i'm writing to yr organisation without any reply from you.
As written before and as you can see in the attached, I sent through Bank Austria an amount of 279usd since Wed 25 of july.
Despite all my emails & calls fax (note phone calls abroads is too expensive from Cameroon) no answer from you.
Undertand amount is not too big for you, but here in my country it's something like six months of salaries, even more.
Please I very count on you & hope this time will find someone to reply to.
