I have received the worst customer service from A & E Factory service. They missed the problem on first visit. Upon return found the problem and decided they could not repair and referred back to manufacturer. The manufacture request a third visit and they refused to come out to the house as they said they couldn't fix it and it was a fight between the manufacturer and I. Spoke with the manufacturer who will not do anything until the service provider comes out again. Scheduled the visit, and I called A & E to make sure my husband was not missing work for nothing, and they no showed. I called at 12:50, after the 8-12 window they gave me, and they said the service guy called out sick and that they had a note that they called. The only number they have is my cell phone number and I did not receive any calls. After I called and confronted them, and while I was on the phone with the A & E supervisor, I received an automated call from A & E at 1:17 pm to reschedule service.
I am livid and will write bad reviews about them and Samsung for this debacle. I still have no microwave, no money back and nothing but $300 in lost wages for waiting for a serviceman that never showed.
