Paid for requested information on dishwasher repair estimate

On August 1,2016 I had a technican from A&E service come to my home to evaluate a dishwasher problem. By calling 1-888-669-0579. the workorder number 41859678. As I explained to the serviceman I have a home warranty policy in effect and need information to file a claim as the dishwasher was already out of warranty by the manufacturer. On August 3rd I received an email which contained none of the requested information i.e. service charge of $69.00. Evaluation of the problem and diagnoious of same. Parts required to repair and their cost and the labor to install the parts.

I have had contact with at least six people at your 1-888-669-0579 number requesting information on my service order number 41859678. Each time I am assured they will forward a request for the information to be emailed to me in a format easily read with a white background with black type. I have even requested the information also be mailed to me.

As you can see from the calendar Monday will be August 15. On that dat I will contact my credit card company and instruct them to NOT honor the $69.00 charge as you have failed, on a number of occasions, to provide the information orginally contracted for. If you check your own records under my phone number 708-754-7513 you will see that the above is true in every respect.

Respond or don't respond it's totally up to you. I worked for a Fortune 500 company in customer service an am apalled by your service department. I am VERY familar with " I'll put through a request" Sincerely Al Van Kirk

Samsung washing machine repair

Samsung washer water pump broke, flooding the laundry room. Samsung set up repair service (after much exasperating conversation with them) for Apr. 16. Apparently this washer WILL fall apart after a short time of usage because of stupid design flaw, but Samsung is very loathe to admit it is a piece of junk. Anyway, the day before service was to occur I received the robo call to remind me of the appt., from A&E. The following day, when they did not show up and I called, they acted as though they never heard of me. The man on the phone said there was a "conflict". I have rescheduled an appt., but honestly, based on the bad reviews this company A&E gets, as well as Samsung, I am ready to jettison the laundry pair and look for something reliable.
