Incompetent Service and lack of diligence

Incompetent Service and lack of diligence

Waited 2 days for washer service. Tech was supposed to be at house between 8AM & 5PM - he came after 6:30 PM. The supposed repair was made and the malfunction occurred again as the tech drove away. Have spent 3 hours on phone trying to get tech here today, but these people are too busy and they want me to wait all day Friday again. Told these folk I'm going in hospital Friday and they can care less. Still absolutely no desire or desire to get the problem fixed today. This place is a joke - if the product does not show a code the tech cannot fix it and the customer service is absolutely bottom of the barrel. A good firm would jump right on correcting an issue, but these clowns think they are too good to get the job done quickly. The are pathetic and extort very unreasonable prices for service that is terrible.
