Service Technician Refused To Do His Job

Technician came to our house Saturday, May 19, 2018 to diagnose ongoing issue with our LG washing machine. He assessed that 2 parts were in need of replacing. He was able to order the suspension part, but the control panel needed a prior authorization email to be sent by him. The Lowe's Service Center supervisor advised him to send the email, but HE REFUSED. He stated that he was not going to send an email due to his all of his appointments, etc. Thus, I have to have another technician come and order the control panel during the week when the company is open with representatives available to give an authorization code over the phone.

I HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF BECAUSE ERIC ID # 0920827 OF A&E FACTORY SERVICE REFUSED TO DO HIS JOB!!!!!! The A&E Factory Service representatives said that they could not do ANYTHING about what happened, and that I would have to have another technician come out to order the panel.

Appliance Repair

This company is borderline fraudulent. After being told that the part couldn't be ordered, I went online and found it for $59.00 ( When it came in the mail 2 days later, it took about 10 minutes to install and fix the problem. I don't have any training, I'm not what you would consider "handy" around the house. But the fact that I was able to fix this appliance, over a supposedly trained technician, is absolutely ludicrous. How these people stay in money is a mystery to me.
