I missunderstood

I misunderstood I did make the purchases totaling $4.78. I am sorry sorry for the misunderstanding.I withdraw my request for a refund.

A charge I did not make

This charge showed up on my bank statement on hold (FACEBK *DTD2Z8EY82 FACEBK *DTD2Z8EY82 fb.me/cc CA US 06/21/2016 06/24/2016 $4.78) and I didn't make and I like a refund. I would also like to know what this is?
