Dangerous Driver
I was on my way back to work from my lunch break when a service van began tailgating me in a construction zone. The seed zone is posted at 40 MPH and I had my cruise control set a 45, yet this person was still tailgating me! This stretch of highway between Virginia and Eveleth, MN is usually two lanes and 55 MPH. Due to the construction project, the highway was reduced to one lane and the speed limit reduced to 40 MPH. The service van that was riding my bumper turned out to be an A&E Factory Service van. I realized this when we eventually used an exit lane for downtown Virginia to pass me! I was then also able to get the numbers 36985 off the back of his van before he sped away through the rest of the construction zone at what speed I can only imagine was at least over 55 MPH! Ironically I caught up to this character at the first stop light in Virginia and he was only two cars ahead of me at the light. A lot of good all that aggressive driving did you, and I am sure that made it totally worth risking a $300 dollar speed zone ticket and possibly your job!!! Unbelievable!
