Injury

On 27th of September 2017, My spouse( Jo Ann Concepcion) was injured at the exchange, an handicapp cart driven by a customer ran into her foot/ankle. My deep concern is What is the protocol? These are my issues(1) why did any one took the customer's name, (2) report of the accident to the provost ,apparently he went forward/backward several times, instead stopping and assist. (3) from my inquries from the accident the customer wasn't concern on what he did,(4) Trying to contact my spouse I was put on HOLD/Hung up for 30 minutes,(5) Even the store manager hung up on during our conversation(so rude)... I want an apology and answers.
