Poor Customer Service / Repairs

I have informed Aarons since 7/3/18 that my oven door needed repair since I have the warranty thru Aarons and my item has yet to be paid off I requested this through the Aarons on Wheeler Road, Central Islip, NY. I also purchase and pay for the Extended Warranty to cover all my products purchased through Aarons. On 7/3, I was advised by the person who came to repair my oven that he had to return to the store and could not fix the door. After not returning on 7/9 and my appointment being ignored with no phone call or no one coming to my home even after being placed in the schedule book I filed my 1st complaint and Nia the regional manager contacted me and advised that someone from Aarons will come to my home on 7/13. After that date I was informed that they had to outsource the repair to AllPro and register the product with Frigidaire, after a Month on 8/3 I called Frigidaire for status and was told NO ONE from Aarons called to register the product. I, Myself went to register the product and called AllPro to try to schedule an appoint and was then told by AllPro that NO one from Aarons called them because if they did they would know that AllPro does NOT SERVICE the Brentwood Area. I am very UPSET since I have to do all the work to have my own items repaired when I am making my payments and also am paying for an EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!! How is it that when it is time to make a payment Aaron calls me 5-6 times a day even when I make payments online. When I told that to Aarons in Central Islip, I was told what does that matter one has nothing to do with the other. I find that this has been the worst experience ever I have a Family gathering on SEPT 1st... Very Important and I do not have an oven for Over a month trying to just cook on a stove is somewhat very difficult with children. as to my 2nd complaint on 8/8 no one has even bother to call me not even the regional manager. My 2nd Complaint number is HSC0246774 and the 1st complaint number is #HSC0235815. I hope to have this resolved ASAP.

Two brand-new 55 inch smart TVs with Wi-Fi and brand new furniture

I had ordered two brand new TVs off the internet a claim that they were brand new never been used and I seen them come in in the Box and the first thing I noticed was the screens more dirty and the apps in the TV do not work and I truly believe my TV's are refurbished and I did not pay for refurbished televisions I paid for brand new ones so Aaron said there is nothing they can do about it I feel like I was misled because they told me what they were brand new brand new memes 2017 model not 2016 model this TV is over a year old and I really think I took advantage of me and I really want it to be fixed or I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau Social Media newspapers, whoever I got to. Then I ordered brand new furniture that they had right there on the show showroom floor to be delivered the following week so I had one week to get rid of all my other nice stuff and then I ended up paying around $75 to have it moved out and then as soon as I got it moved out Aaron's called and said that there was a problem that when they went to go load the furniture and somebody had taken a knife and cut the back of the couch so that they would have to reorder furniture now mind you this was June 6th I've been going through the same ordeal they have an excuse every time I talk to them so they delivered some kind of furniture or that I never ordered I would never order it's got cigarette burns on and it's ripped the glass table is wobbly and broke and I don't even like last tables and I am planning on suing them because they are not keeping their end of the bargain because one you can't sell somebody something saying it's brand new and it's not that's called fraud and I never got no ownership papers on it and it's still on my credit report is not paid

Renting a Xbox 1

I rented a Xbox 1 from Aaron's and having it for only 4 months I ran into money issues so I return it and was told if you want it back you can restart were you left off so afew months later when I had a better job so after getting a call from the manager asking if I still wanted that Xbox I went back getting the same Xbox 1 I had before which was great since everything was in there the way I left it so after resigning the contract I thought I was starting from where I left off but that's not the case at all. I started from the beginning so all that money I paid from the start was lost and no credit was added Ive called this store seven times asking for the manager and she never available to talk to... So basically Aaron's stole my money and will do noting so instead of paying 1200 for an Xbox that cost 349.00 I'm paying around 1500 I'm being ripped off by Aaron's sales and lease in kissimmee FL on Osceola parkway

I have a Refrigerator from Aaron's a Samsung Lg this Frig have Broke down two times Aaron's new it was no good have had it 6Yrs now I have played all this money for something that was Bad when I got it Aaron's👎👎👎😔😔

discrimination

I went to Aarons on Apalachee Parkway,in Tallahassee, FL to get an account, I filled out the necessary paperwork as well as provided the information that was requested of me to provide, the clerk Ms. J verified all of my information and indicated that I was eligible for an account. When she went to the store manager, Ms. Shanae, after I'd given all that was requested as well as told that I was approve for the account, the store manager came from the back and was wanting a lot more verification such as, my w-9,and my business license. Ms. J informed me of another client who was in the store the same time that I was there to get an account, who is self-employed as well, was able to get his account without providing the information that was requested and required of me to provide in order to get the merchandise that I was wanting to purchase. Needless to say, the customer that I am referring to is a caucasian male.

Harrassing

Aaarons is rude and they are harrassing my friend got bedroom set from them she did not pay for 35 days they never called her and then they took another 30 days to come pick it up so she had 2 free months I have been with Aaarons for almost 2 years have paid off computer and now im 4 months from paying off entertainment center they harrass me every month is this how you treat loyal customers and now i hear since I did not take advantage of the 120 days same as cash my payments only go towards half of ownwership this is bull, I will never rent through them again Im going back to Rent a Center

rudeness

I DON"T LIKE GOING TO THE MASON CITY STORE >WHEN P>J. IS THEIR BECAUSE HE IS SO RUDE AND WANTS THE ALL MITTLE DOLLAR. WHEN U COME IN AND WANT TO UPGRADE YOU ARE ASKED TO PAY THE REST OF THE MONTHLY CONTRACT PLUS THE MONTHLY CHARGE THE UPGRADE. I DON"T THAT IS FAIR. BUT WHEN U GET ALMOST TO PAY IT OFF THE PAYMT GOES UP.WE WOULD LIKE ROB BACK HE WAS KIND AND HE HELPED OUT THE CUSTOMER.PLEASE BRING HIM BACK I AM ABOUT READY TO GIVE BACK MY LAPTOP AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET MY COMPUTER.

Rude treatment!

I have read a lot of these complaints and I want to chime in and say I have been employed with Aaron's for only 6 days and I will tell you that Aaron's has very strict guide lines and protocols in place to ensure great customer service. I have been in management all my life and even owned my own business for fifteen years before coming to Aaron's and I will say this company exceeds all expectations in customer service. It's very important that you completely understand the agreement in which is agreed upon and i feel Aaron's will work with anyone. Do you find a disgruntle associate from time to time? Yes, but the company will not tolerate any unprofessional associate.PERIOD. I work at the Lake City, SC store and guarantee complete satisfaction with service and product.
