ordered the bullet in january told is out of stock but will be delivered 1st wk in march full amount paid been emailing but no replys definitely been screwed ?

I ordered a H20X5 mop through HOTPROD.TV BEST DIRECT in January and was told there was a delay for 3 to 4 weeks as there were more orders than expected and with the Chineese New Year their deliveries were runing late. I was offered an extra gift and fast track delivery if I wanted to be added to their waitlist. They took my money don't answer my e-mails and there phone number keeps telling me to ring back later as they are very busy. Needless to say I have been ringing this number several times a day now for about 2 weeks and keep getting the same message.

Paradise Living took my money trading on website Hotprod.tv. I ordered in February 2012 and they said the product was out of stock and would be delivered end of Feb with free gift and priority delivery. They have since ignored all my e-mails and Hotprod.tv website was suspended a few days ago. Contact your bank or moneybookers if you paid through them. Whole thing seems like a scam.

i order ab circle pro from this company on the 20th of may payment went through but haven't recived my order and try to go on their site but was unable to so anyone reading this please don't fall for this trap the way we did

Just to clarify - I bought a Magic Bullet juicer, but I hear there are similar stories with their H2O steam mop, etc.
