Poor Service
my parcel reach Subang abx express at 31 july.
I everyday track my parcel at abx website, it’s forever at log sheet. Ok Fine, 7 August I call to customer service to track my parcel, if haven’t deliver than I decide go collect by myself ,Ok. they told me they need to check my parcel at office or already on board. Ok I keep wait and wait, call few time to track and they answer me is same ,Say now checking la bla bla bla, and told me will call me back to update. I don’t know why abx tracking system how come can like this poor, and somebody told me the driver take our parcel without scan. It’s really terrible service, I don’t know how to describe this .
