They replied to me and said they will not refund me the annual fee, but they will cancel the membership. Thi is an u just, if they cannot refund me the annual fee they can't cancel the membership just like that. They should contact me first, and tell me they can't refund me the annual fee and ask me what I want to do. They already took out the money, they can't just cancel my membership.
